Zephania Kameeta,
born in 1945 in Namibia, is a liberation theologian, pastor, politician and social activist. Inter alia he was Deputy Speaker of the National Assembly in Namibia, Bishop of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in the Republic of Namibia, Moderator of United Evangelical Mission, Vice-President of the Lutheran World Federation.
Currently he serves as the Minister of Poverty Eradication and Social Welfare in the Namibian Government and has multi-fold influence in Namibia, in Africa and worldwide.
